Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Mancha Web ("Mancha Web", "we"). By buying a package or using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We design, build and host websites for businesses under the packages listed on our Pricing page. What each package includes — pages, features, revision rounds and delivery time — is described there.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are in USD and paid in full up front. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, invoicing and sales tax/VAT. Creem's terms apply to the payment.
4. Your content
You provide the text, photos, logos and other material for your site, or allow us to use the content from your current website. You confirm you have the right to use that content. If you don't have photos, we may use licensed stock images.
5. Delivery and revisions
Delivery times start once we have your content. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds; a round is one list of changes sent together. Extra rounds can be bought separately. Every site is reviewed by our team before delivery.
6. Launch and your domain
Your domain remains yours. You either update your DNS settings with our step-by-step instructions, or give us access to do it for you.
7. Hosting & care
The first year of hosting & care is included in the package. After that it renews once a year as a one-time payment; we send reminders 30, 14 and 3 days before it ends. If a renewal is not paid, we keep the site online for a 14-day grace period, then take it offline. On request we will send you the files of your website.
8. Ownership
Once paid, the design and content made for your site are yours to use. Third-party parts — stock photos, fonts, software libraries, integrations — stay under their own licenses.
9. Not included
Online stores, member areas, custom software, logo design, sites over 10 pages and multi-language sites are not part of the standard packages and are quoted separately.
10. Acceptable use
We may decline or stop work on sites with illegal, misleading or harmful content.
11. Refunds

12. Liability
We work hard to keep sites online and correct, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business results such as search rankings or sales. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new orders.
