Website packages

If you are not happy with your website before it goes live, you get a full refund. Once the site is live on your domain, the package is non-refundable.

Hosting & care renewals

Refundable within 14 days of payment if no edit requests have been used in that period.

Extra revision rounds and extra pages

Refundable until we start the work.

How to request a refund

Email ali@manchaweb.com from the address you used for your order. Refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
