Who we are
This policy explains how Mancha Web ("we", "us") handles personal data. Contact: ali@manchaweb.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us: name, business name, email, phone, website, and the content you give us for your site (text, photos, logos).
- Public business information: to offer our services, we look at publicly available business information such as business name, website, public contact email and public business listings. We review only what any visitor can see on a public website. We do not log in, submit forms or test security on your website.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your card details. We receive order details such as your name, email, product and amount.
- Website usage: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare previews, build and host your website, process orders, send renewal reminders, and handle support. If we contacted you about your business website, it was based on public business information. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will not contact you again.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: Creem (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), our email providers (sending email), and AI service providers used to help write and build website content. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Customer and order records: as long as you are a customer and as required for tax and accounting. Outreach contact details: until you ask us to stop, or until they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ali@manchaweb.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
