Common questions
Are there monthly fees?
No. You pay once for the build, which includes the first year of hosting and care. After that, hosting & care renews once a year. It's not an automatic subscription — we send you a payment link before it's due.
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name. We help you point it to the new site step by step, or do it for you if you give us access.
What do you need from me?
We start from the text and photos on your current site, plus a short form. If you don't have good photos, we use licensed stock photos.
How long does it take?
3, 5 or 7 business days depending on the package, counted from when we have your content.
What if I don't like it?
Every package includes revision rounds. If you're not happy before the site goes live, you get a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
Can I edit the site myself?
Small edits — text, photos, opening hours, prices — are included in hosting & care. Just email us. Self-editing tools are available as a custom quote.
Do you build online stores?
Not in our standard packages. Contact us for a custom quote.
